Reconcile What We Have

I have seen things happen too many times before, I have seen it go on for far to long.

I have heard you utter the same words over and over again, way too many times if you ask me.

Unfortunately you have all these tricks up your sleeve, that is your hold on me.

I can’t tell you the numerous times I have tried to forget you, but the tricks you played on me keep coming back to my mind.

I say your tricks but sometimes it feels like magnetism pulls me a close to you.

No matter what I am yours and probably always will be yours for all perpetuity
because near you, with you is the only place that feels like home to me.

I have a hard time at making concessions with you. The reason I guess is because before I met you I was all alone in this enormous world.

Don’t fear, though, I am still trying my best to reconcile the both of us, the same way you are trying.

Yes, we may sometimes hate each other, think we don’t belong to one another, have
different tastes in things, no matter what those things won’t separate us.

Material things don’t mean a thing when what we have is a magnificent, rare and unbreakable bond!

Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. (I know I did)

Today I combined all my scattered thoughts throughout the weekend and decided to make a post.

We all have fights with people, we most unquestionably have arguments and useless fights for reasons that only matter in the fights moment, but to forget all the past memories we have with that person, is it really worth the useless fights and ending an amazing bond?

One day the evocation will come back to mind and we will think was it really worth ending it all?

Maybe it was or maybe it was not, that with time we have to decide.

I hope you enjoy reading my post.

Friendship and love, bonds that hold people together are made up of moments of agreement and differences, respecting the other person stops us from taking them for granted. Very thought provoking post, you write it as clearly as it is.

It’s actually a bit difficult to answer if it was worth ending it all. But I tend to put all my efforts out, so that when and if it ends, I have no regret. Because regrets decimates pain every time.
