Blood trickles down my fingers at a never-ending pace
the cause for all this I cannot bear face.
Drop by drop I feel myself becoming lighter in feel
As I look to the sky and see the colour of teal
I try to not make a big deal
in case I will never heal
from this disastrous ordeal.

As we may be placed in a situation that there might not be a recovery option, we must look forward and fight and not close our eyes to the negative ordeals we are faced with or place ourselves in, rather look ahead and pick ourselves up.
I hope you enjoy reading my post!
Just Awesome!

Great piece of writing !
It hurts to see that blood ooze down,
When there ever is an ordeal,
It helps to just do the CTRL, ALT, DEL..
And repeat if it the intended action does not work once ! haha

Thank you! Haha, I really do wish it was that simple. If it was, pain would never be a feeling felt. But I guess, pain is felt for some reason to be able to grow. What are you thoughts? I would love to read them.

A lot of strength needed for us to look forward, but this is a good reminder. Good one too, Rebecca! 😀

Thank you so much, Ally. Sometimes for me reminders are not enough, but trying to overcome the difficult phase is something that must be tried.

I believe there is healing that awaits us, but if we feel too locked down, too stuck, we may, indeed, never see it, or find it.

After every disaster must come a short time for peace. We must search for it as well, sometimes.

So inspirational, but carries a hint of dark…

Thank you! It does, in life not everything is sunshine and rainbows, it does have rainy storms and blood loss.

Definitely true, I think it might be more motivating if you include the dark…

Almost my whole family in Miami. Hurricane is worst ever. I fear for their lives and if they survives the devastation to the state will take years to repair – an intolerable ideal for millions.

I am so sorry to hear this about your family. It is truly disastrous when something happens out of nowhere and destroys lives and it’s surroundings. We must pray and have faith that something will take a turn for the good.
