Pain Or Reality?

Blood is flowing through my veins
as pain is flowing through my brain.

When I cut I make a wound
but only I turn out the fool

I don’t want my tears to be seen,
though, through time people know where I have been

I close my eyes and so I close the world
as if all the noise cannot be heard

I want to be the only person in your life
so the both of us can grow and thrive

Will I get what I want
or is all this just a thought?
